How membership works
- Choose a plan for one vehicle and pay your first month securely through Stripe.
- Your visit credits appear in your account right after the payment succeeds.
- Book visits online or by phone/text any time during your billing cycle.
- Each month your membership renews automatically and fresh credits are issued.
Membership rules
- Billed monthly to your card, per vehicle, until you cancel.
- Each paid billing cycle issues your plan's visit credits for THIS vehicle only.
- Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle - no rollover, no stacking, no saving up visits.
- Credits can't be transferred to another vehicle or person.
- A credit is used only when a service is completed. Cancelled-in-time appointments return the credit.
- If a payment fails, no new credits are issued until it succeeds.
- To cancel or change your plan, call or text (469) 379-2881. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle; payments already made are not refunded or prorated.
